All combat we have seen from sirzechs is when he defeats cruserey asmodeus and the satan ranger fight with issei. The truth is, sirzechs was too weak to do any major damage to trihexa, and issei could litteraly put up an ok fight against him just with his standard balance breaker form. In terms of power category sirzechs has been confirmed to be a super devil, which is roughly the same power as a trancendental being as well as roughly the same power as a standard god. This means that sirzechs would have No chance against hades. Hades is a chief god, and has been officially confirmed to be one of the top 10 strongest being in the DxD universe. Don’t believe me? Just check out the DxD wiki, it’s on there. Sirzechs isn’t even on that list. Not only that, sirzechs is basically just the same power level as rizevim, that’s why they were categorised in the same category of ”super devil” in the first place. If sirzechs would have been as strong as hades the devils would have easily won the three way war, since that means ajuka would have also had to be very strong as well, though as we all know that never happened.
