I want to say the play was to grab Artemis cast over the Artemis attack as that let's you keep a boon that enables Heart Rend. It also left potentially taking Aphro attack open
Zag bow was my first sub 10 and still is my overall PB, one of my favorite weapons overall

Did a boonless run with Zag bow, but got Chaos boon to see if you get special dialogue still. You do get it even with Chaos as a boon. Zag bow is best weapon in game, IMO.
I had a run that started similar to this until I wound up turning it into a hunting blades + mirage shot + arti legendary cast build xD slicing shot go brrrr
