I did this run with demeter on attack… but it was only because at the time i didn't know daybreaker copied your specials lmao so i did the run, felt very underwhelmed, saw haelian's first eos video and felt incredibly dumb; needless to say I have nothing but praise for torches rn and all of them feel pretty good

I have tried at least 5 times to get Apollo legendary, the game won’t give it to me.
Apollo/Hera legendary is pretty kill. Not sure if the slave mob is supposed to be immortal or if that’s a bug though
When I first thought about this combination, I was expecting Hera to be the attack while Hestia as the special. That way, you only have to focus on creating the daybreaker once per direction and then turn to summon the specials that deals continuos DPS
The hestia duo where you scorch for 100 damage while channeling omega moves must be so good with torches
I got the Icarus boon that makes your omega attacks and specials explode last night on a surface torch run for the first time.
What an insane interaction that is. I didn't think it would work on every hit on the orbiting special. Can't wait for more of the surface to be complete to really go ham with it.

Stats says only attack so Daybreaker really does no omega damage huh.
Wead killer effects it, base damage is 200. It did 300
that hammer at the start is better with the other aspect.

That's weird because both Weed Killer and Exceptional talent was working with daybreaker in the beginning. I think they started to consider it as an attack rather than an omega attack.
seems like only the actual projectile of the omega attack counts as the omega since i got it to crit with the death arcana (40->120) and the explosion counts as normal attack
Inverted Spark on daybreaker feels awful most of the time because daybreaker tracks and you are ruining the tracking.
Does it move towards where you start the dash or end the dash? I can't really tell by watching.
Edit: Ahh, the tracking on it makes it hard to really tell..
How about on the aspect of Persephone trying a set with the duo between heph and Poseidon? Since Poseidon's omega casts pops straight away I thought it would be better than having to wait for Apollo's.
I think Weed Killer does work on the Daybreaker, but only its final explosion. The base explosion is 200 damage, and then when it hit Hecate it did 400. Around 12:20.

They could add a duo that reduces the diminishing return of poms.
Ok so this is totally unrelated to this video but do you think a build with the infusion boons self-healing from Apollo and tough grit from Demeter (if I got names wrong sorry) would allow you to not be hurt by chronos? Unless his insta kill isn’t affected by tough grit I don’t think he could dish out enough damage to kill you. Idk maybe it’s too specific of a run since two infusions may be a stretch or maybe inadequate content.
The Hera/Hestia duo is actually great on normal torches, because it considers you holding down the attack button as channeling, so it just bursts every second or so. Granted it’s still Scorch, so.
You should try this i used zeus on special and aphro on attack on aspect of medea and i noticed while playing that the special hits faster than attack so if u use that combo u do zeus blitz every attack+special u can also get the boon that gives the chande to double zeus blitz
Been watching your videos on hades 2, just wondering what do you think about Sworn? It plays alot like hades and is multiplayer, and there is a new demo out right now with more stuff. Not advertising or anything, just figured you've probably already played it.
re: the swap boon isn't that good because you usually don't need that many poms on things, you're right but also i had the funniest run when i took hera's swap boon which offered me to swap rare hitch sprint for epic lvl 4 apollo sprint (this was PRE-FIRST PATCH before they normalized how much that boon increases your speed) immediately putting me at like 70-something% faster sprint, and then i took a pom slice in erebus end shop and it hit the sprint again giving me 80% faster sprint and again, all of it was before first patch, apollo's sprint boon increased the sprint speed like crazy, i was fully zig-zagging around with no control of where i'd end up and kept running into enemy attacks. needless to say grandpa killed me

Suggestion, how about you try 42 fear, that lets one take only rank 2 vow of scars so you can heal, keep your arcana and have no timelimit, otherwise it is hell and I would like to see how far you get,

Honestly scorch would be way better if it ticked down faster the bigger the scorch on the enemy was, so as it got smaller it would start to tick slower for example if going from 400 to 200 took 1 sec then going from 200 to 100 would also take 1 sec. Would give room for bigger scorch damage to shine and for scorch-related effects including origination to be useful
Leave it to Haelian to have the worst possible build and still win
Inverted Spark would probably go crazy with Aspect of Moros since those Attacks linger for longer than Eos or Melinoe aspects
