Persephone, the underworld’s queen, was the daughter of Zeus and Demeter, the goddess of harvest and fertility, according to Greek mythology. She was also known as Kore, which means “maiden,” and grew up to be a beautiful girl who drew the attention of many gods. Demeter, on the other hand, was fascinated with her only daughter and kept all men away from her. Hades, the god of the Underworld, was Persephone’s most persistent suitor. He was a tough, middle-aged man who lived in the shadows of the Dead. But his heart softened when he beheld Persephone and was awestruck by her youth, beauty, and radiance. When he requested Demeter to marry her daughter, she became enraged and claimed there was no way it could happen. Hades was heartbroken and resolved to capture Persephone at any cost.

Persephone was raped-away from her mother Demeter, by Hades
Their story is really left to interpretation. To the ancient Greeks, men being forceful towards women wasnt a fault of character. Zeus, Pan, Apollo, they all forced themselves on women. The difference is even though Hades stole Persephone, he wanted to make her happy. He gave her anything she wanted, including underworld gardens and all the power she could want. Much better than most Greek husbands. There were stories where Petsephone was jealous of women interested in Hades. I think she did love him, at least eventually. Like Dany and Khal Drago.
The way he pronounces Persephone is extremely distracting.
Scorpio ☯️ Taurus the perfect image of an immortal ❤that never dies
Perhaps her mother Demeter was over bearing, or could not let her daughter go, maybe she willing ate the pomegranate to be free fom her, maybe she did see how lonely Hades was and grew to love him. It does seem strange that a goddess of agriculture could not resist eating.
There is no pain, that ❤ cannot heal.
#HADES & #PERSEPHONE are made for each other.
💛 all your videos mate👍
Of all 3 brothers, Hades' my fave..his loyalty to his spouse is one of a kind and his fair judgement of not getting involved to his brothers affairs is amazing… 🖤🖤🖤
