I found the requirements for epilogue, at least I think.
Beat hades at least 10 times and Beat heat run of 8.
Complete relationships with 3 gods plus Demeter (Demeter last heart locked until after epilogue)
(Gods used with the example I saw was aphro, posiden, Hermes, and Demeter.)
Keep taking to everyone until you see a ! Above Persephones head and then complete The Queens Plan prophecy (which is completing relationships with gods)
Note: there was some mixed information about whether you need to max all god relationships or just some

Fresh File to Epilogue would be a fitting farewell to Hades in advance of the Hades 2 release. But I'm not the one who'd be marathoning that 😂
I've finally started consistently beating EM4, now I just gotta get up to 32 heat for the final Skelly statue!
