  1. If you look closely at the one that has the weird looking prosthetic, I think it kind or resembles a helmet like the kind they wore in 300 with the weird nose guard piece.

The issue is that Hades is also a very lively, talkative character, and not having him be a face character removes a lot to the experience of meeting him since he cannot talk…plus his main costume looks super heavy to wear and also removes a lot to the body language. He doesn't look as smooth and sneaky as in the movie, just very awkward. Hades would be perfect as a face character that you can talk with, but the prostetics look SO bad. Maybe Disney should try to make him a face character without the prostetics, just a good make up? I mean Ursula has a very cartoonish face as well, but you often see her with only purple makeup and no prostetics. Or go with the Descendants version? Or having a type of enconter with Hades a bit like Crush Talk and Stitch Live? Idk
