Pahahahaa yesss, that's one of the best reveals, the sudden terror, the look on your face slowly changing as the sequence unfolds too. Takes some planning to be able to beat too, Charon hits like several trucks.
In the training courtyard was there always those three things with a cloth over them 😶

I was waiting for this encounter! I wanted to suggest visiting Charon more often mid-region but I didn’t want to accidentally spoil it.
Hell of a way to end your streak
Haha oh noooo! I’ve been waiting for you to find this encounter but I’m sorry it ended your epic streak. Don’t worry, your friendship is fine. It’s such a good surprise though, that encounter. A fun oh shit moment, like the first Furies fight with extreme measures. It is possible to win against him, you just had a hell of a rough introduction to that fight, with Guan Yu’s aspect.
As far as the plume goes, I think hell mode probably makes it tough to build up the dodge chance, since it looks like the hell mode makes more enemies show up per chamber, so it just naturally takes longer to get through them.
