Spider-Man 2 is a great movie with great character arcs and a solid story
Sad that you've already put out a video of the best intro's, because this one is in there. But now about spiderman. Tom Holland's Spider-Man is great. He's a realistic teenager going through problems that are relatable to the viewer, and he's a really good actor for the role he's been given. But we've never seen a single thing about uncle Ben, which is the leading point that creates spiderman. He's the one that said "with great power comes great responsibility" which is the most pivotal point in the rise of Peter Parker becoming spiderman. Tom Holland's Spider-Man has only been influenced by iron man, which takes a lot of the depth out of the character. Like yeah he's good at the moment, but now that the avengers has come to a fork in the road now that end game has happened, there's a void that can't be filled.
Whereas Toby maguire's spiderman did so attached to the character's development and pain in the first movie, and the progression of what he stands for and the betrayal by doc oc in the second movie. And in the last movie, the fight between best friends, and the sacrifice that's made by the james Franco, to make up for the pain he's caused. It's just so much better IMO

Toby Mcguire is just the Spiderman we all grew up with. He's the only live action we saw at one point. He did an incredible job and all 3 movies were crucial to his role. That being said, just knowing the comics and the animated series, tom holland fits the real Peter Parker to a T. So I think everyone's issue is with the mcu. Not holland or his movies specifically
