  1. Dope run, love the shield and this one really showed off the combined power of all the aspects. With regards to modding I think Hollow Knight is mostly mod friendly because it’s built on Unity. Since Hades has its own engine it will be much more complex. In particular Unity is absurdly popular, and anyone with a base level of knowledge with it will have a foothold when starting to learn hollow knight modding.

  2. Re 14:18 (Celeste ez mods coincidence)

I dunno about Hollow Knight at all, and I don't know about mods specifically for Celeste, but I know for SURE that the Devs wanted Celeste to be a speedrunning friendly game. There was even one glitch that was found that helps players a LOT called a demo dash; at first it was a bug but then they updated the game to add it in as a feature. My guess is that they wanted it to also be mod friendly, but I can't confirm it 😛

  3. I personally really like playing modded versions of games. The amount of features that can be changed through modding influences how replayable it is for me. So I have 1k hours in various games that have tons of different mods for it, but others are a little more hit-and-miss. Maybe part of it is that for a game to be highly moddable, it has a baseline standard the devs hold it to before considering mods

  4. I mean 80 dollars is not a lot for a game that will probably have a ton of gameplay (price/hours of entertainment) . That being said, I will most likely wait a year to buy it on sale. 😅
