So Persephone is the daughter of Zeus and Demeter, both of whom are siblings to Hades. Which makes Zagreus one hell of an inbred XD

I'm gonna be honest I winced a little at the misfortune of not getting the Chaos Realm fish. Those things are so darned rare! It's not even about the resources you get from em, its just how hard it is to fill out the codex entries on them. Edit: as someone who had to do over 40 runs to get black metal to show up (thanks Ares…) you passing it up made me wince again. Hope it was just awful rng on my part and you can tick it off the fate list easier than I did. At one point I rerolled 4 different Ares picks with multiple blade abilities active and STILL didn't get it.
dark foresight = more gold laurel rooms (rooms with the good stuff), the other rooms with darkness and such are blue laurels

The very first time I beat Theseus and got to Styx, Tiny Vermin was there, at the end of the first room. Needless to say, I died. It was quite unfortunate.
