  2. On the dino discussion, all birds are dinosaurs, but not all dinosaurs were birds. Typically distinguished by saying "avian" and "nonavian" as qualifiers. It is true that many dinos had feathers or protofeathers, we've found a ton of fossils with very clear evidence of this (even some with intact pigments), many others were more like turtles or crocodiles with tough armor plates. The world of paleontology has seen massive discoveries in the last few decades that have completely rewritten all textbooks, it's quite remarkable and worth learning about. I recommend PBS Eons on youtube for some great content.

  3. Feathers of Dinos hold up very well. Even the Big Ones, if only for Dekoration here and there.

But you missed the hot-stuff of 2020: Spinosaurus full Skeletton is now known. In Context: the first and only fragmentary Specimen was Destroyed in WW2, but in 2014 a new Specimen was found, and more complete. And the Guys who dug it up got the Message that appearently there's more were that came from and it turned out to be everything they were missing to now the full Animal. And appearently it's the first non-Bird-Dinosaur to Potentialy be Semi-Aquatic
