  1. Ignoring thumbnail jokes for a moment, I legit forgot this was coming out. I need to finish the first one. I finally beat my first run today, and playing it again reminded me of how great it is. It's one of my favourites of all time, and I still have so much yet to see. This game has some big shoes to fill, but I've plenty of faith in the devs.

  2. 28:03 Oh, there are 132 million users active (last month) in Steam, and the Switch has 141 million users. So probably half of the people on Steam have a Switch. And you can't even get a high-end PC without being poor country rich here, let alone get a lot of triple A games. And I'm not mentioning other priorities like medication, and necessities like things in the house that do their job properly and basic encessities, and situational emergency necessities.
Hell. Nothing else to say about it.

  3. Going into the early access I was mentally prepared to hit a lot of unfinished content and to run into a progress wall. I have yet to hit that wall. They were not kidding when they said the early access has more content than Hades 1 in its entirety. It feels less like an early access and more like a victory stretch, where I'm guessing only the last 10% is missing and the rest will get a quality pass over. Actually insane.

  4. I was literally thinking right before Vin even mentioned it how while the AAA industry is imploding, there are so many great games coming out, I would argue that this is the best time ever in gaming! The market will crash and the smaller devs will take over which they already have as far as I'm concerned.. At this point Call of Duty is just a brand, only a name and there are better options, it's overrated, rehashed and uninspired junk, bring on the new age of gaming!✌️

  5. All I know about Switch 2 is im not gonna give a shit until a Zelda is exclusive to it or Metroid Prime 4. Got a Steam Deck, a laptop to mess with mods on, and a ps5

  6. Another game, another Greek mythos theming where they forget Sirens were birds… they are related to the water nymphs though.

I do like the steampunk/mechanical theming and close quarters combat of Oceanus, really cool for a water level.

  7. You can't talk about amazing sequels and not mention Legends of Grimrock 2, went from descending a bunch of samey dungeon puzzles, to a persistent open world island with a day night cycle, an incredible transformation.
