And that's why he was put in charge of the entire realm of the underworld. Because they knew it was a pretty big and important task and thatvhe wouldn't f around.
Basically Hades is that one introverted quiet kid in high school that barely receives attention but studies hard, gets straight As, never cheats on exams, and loves to hang around with people whose life is not always drama.
•He literally heard a love story and gave someone’s wife back
•Said Eurydice could go back with Orpheus (he gave a very specific set of rules, it was Orpheus who messed it up)
•Also before anyone says “he kidnapped his wife” (which they probably already have) yes he did, but it was ordered by Zeus
HER FATHER
It was less a kidnapping more than it was an arranged marriage
• he also let Persephone go when Hermes (i think it was anyway) tells them what’s happening with Demeter and the whole eternal frost thing
He was scared that she’d leave and never come back so he gave her the pomegranate seeds (the only thing he does other than taking her at the order of Zeus)
and he only really screwed 2 people over 3 depending on the version of one story
One of them kidnapped Thanatos (the embodiment of death) so he could escape death
One tried to marry Persephone- ya know- HIS WIFE
Thank you for reading my list of other things hades did (sorry it’s so long)
They also showed poseidon as a rapist. Hé was responsible for the fact that a good woman was turned into a monster (medusa). So i for one never saw him as good. Also zeus was a cheater. So yeah 😲
Wasn't that a lie about Cerberos being Spot? Or just totally inaccurate? Also there are several versions and interpretations of the Minthe story, so whether or not he cheated is debatable. Zeus and Poseidon's escapades however….
He wasn’t evil, but he wasn’t a Pure deity. He cheated on his wife with Minthe. (But Persephone was also cheating on him with Adonis.) He also did some other things aswell, but i can be remembering things wrong. (Edit: In the Homeric hymm to Demeter; it isn’t full on said, but it is Heavily implied that Haides; was Physically abusive to Persephone.)

Hades is my favorite and my horoscope.

His wife's name translates roughly into "dread Persephone."
He was loyal alright.
He had to be.
The only bad things hades has done are-
Kidnap posephone and cheat on her
However those are only certain versions of certain stories
Can i get a link of the art zeus at 0:10?
It's Poseidon who was the cruel one among the brothers

Hades never betrayed his wife
Me: minthe….
Never cheated remember Minthe?
Movie and TV Shows blind me.
Yes you are right, I actually learned it from a manga and I did some research he is a pretty cool guys woman must be following him everywhere
This video is stolen 😀
Finally, you talk about my favorite Greek god
Americans are so afraid of death they made him the bad guy.
Yeah because he knew what Persephone would do to him
D*mn even a god can't come up with a good dog name had to choose one of them basic b*tch names
although he did trick and trap his wife in the underworld lol
He did cheat! Remember Minthe?!
And that's why I'm the best Greek god. Although they did me dirty in Record of Ragnarok's manga
They also showed poseidon as a rapist. Hé was responsible for the fact that a good woman was turned into a monster (medusa). So i for one never saw him as good. Also zeus was a cheater. So yeah 😲
He did have a favored concubine . Minthe.
So basically zeus and poseidons qere alpha and Hades was a sigma giga chad
Aw come on man now you making want to go to hell
Wasn't that a lie about Cerberos being Spot? Or just totally inaccurate?

Greek mythology: yeah, hades is pretty much a neutral God
Movies: yes but no.
Knowing a part of Greek mythology, Hades is one that you can actually relate with. Zeus and Poseidon are assholes.
As far as I remember, Poseidon raped one of Athena's beautiful and devote follower who then became Medusa… So fuck Zeus and Poseidon.

Hes just a good'ol boy
Hades is the king of the dead where all the good souls go.
While Evil goes to Tartarus.
The last time I went to Hades Kingdom Cameron Boyce was riding Cerberus.
He had a wonderful dog so he can't be evil. Name one person who had a dog that was evil.
