Charged skewer was one of the last prophecy fulfilments I had to complete in my first save file.! Just could not get it even though I had every spear weapon maxed and had escaped several times with all of them it would just never show up for me.! Thought I was missing something but eventually it was there. Hades is such a well made game and I am still enjoying it and finding new things after over 100 escapes.!
I haven't tried Charged Skewer on GY yet, but I'll definitely be on the lookout next time I get a bonus on the spear.
Also, finally beat 16 heat! Most difficult achievement done. Used Zag fist with Lambent Plume. Wanted Zeus but didn't get him until the end of Tartarus, so I ended up going with a Demeter-boosted Heavy Knuckle build and took advantage of the double-curse bonus with Dionysus on the bast and dash (also got both Duos for Trippy Shot, which was a lot of fun).
Nice! Never been a fan of Guan Yu, but might need to try another run with it after seeing this.
Loved the video, always gives me new builds to have fun with. Quick question for anyone the can answer it, can hunting blades and the Demeter Ares Duo (forgot the name) be used in unison or is it just a one or the other type situation?
GY can do like 2000 damage on the special with Charged Skewer and Artemis or Aphrodite and crits.
