A Hades review at this point seems a bit silly. It’s like looking at the sun and saying “Wow, that’s bright”. Everyone knows this game is good, but I wanted to talk about the thing that sets Hades apart from other games like it in the genre!
I normally do game reviews, but I’m interested in doing more detailed videos like this where I pick a game that’s known for being amazing and then maybe speaking about specific mechanics or factors that MAKE it amazing! What do you think? Feedback is always appreciated!

One of the many things I love about this game is how inclusive it is for wider audiences, even with inexperienced players. Prior to Hades, I was not a gamer (sort of, I play the Sims series every now and then). I have no idea what rogue-likes or rouge-lites means, or rpg, crits, or dash and all that. I was intrigued by the delicious artworks (yep guilty and thirsty as charged), and so decided to give this game a try.
Needless to say, I had a blast – And still am! Just, addicted! But not just because of the game natural flow and mechanics itself, but because of the whole freaking package!
The narrative is hella brilliant and keeps reeling me in, and I'm a sucker for good stories and the clever method incorporated into the game direction (hats off to Kasavin 👍)
The artworks and environment design? french kiss The music? Divine. Thanks Darren, you made me feel a lot of things. The voice actings? My god… I'm floored.

Great review up until the spoilers section. I'm sure the rest was great too, but I cut out early in case I decide to play it someday 😋. Chances are pretty good I'd forget any spoilers, but then again… Happy Thanksgiving! The End
