Alright in France there is a national website that treat many topics and mythology is one of them, it is said there that Hecate is often refere as the goddess of crossroads, the three heads each facing a direction the traveler could use. And I think it's meaningful in the hades game(s) because af the many choices we are doing, god boons, path, weapons…
It is also said that around the Vth century before JC, she gets assimilated with Persephone so she becomes the goddess of hell and deads.
Then I read few months ago a book in which one Proclus, a Greek philosopher, makes a commentary about Timée (Plato's book) saying that Hecate is a mediator between humans and gods and she impersonate the world soul/will

Hades saying that time could not be stopped sent cold shivers streaking right through me. It reminded me of the ways Kronos in Last Olympian made a base in Medusa's old lair, reflecting on turning people to stone, before showing how he could freeze time in place, trapping someone in a moment. If Time is used like this in the new game, where he freezes time over you mid battle, to get composed or regenerate health, I don't know where they might take it, but I'm looking forward to it!
Hades 2 will be a day one purchase. I would love to go back to the original and play it more still quite an amazing game but very surprised to see a sequel. Can't wait to see some new weapons and spells and enjoy another amazing soundtrack from these guys.Seeing more of these videos would be really cool!
