Hera needs a stronger myth unit to be more viable, imo. The Medusa is a good unit in isolation, but doesn't help the general purpose for which you go Hera in the first place.

Myrmidon are much better than hoplites because of the +3 damage (+5 if hephaestus), +10% hack armour, +5% pierce armour and +5 base HP (+8 when champion) . The damage increase is useful for killing buildings as a champion iron myrmidon does 32-36 damage to a building, compared to a hoplite which does 26. Theyre pretty similar to hippikon, but have about 40 less HP and 25 more hack armour (when champion+iron), so theyre pretty viable.

I think the fish was always unbalanced. What if you decided 'well I want to not use fish'. You'll just end up behind usually in any AoE/AoM game because the ships/fishing are much better. Not that the map is bad but I think the option not to use any fish should be considered as like a wood boom rather than like a necessity.
