I never got that. Didn't he play Binding of Isaac? Because without throwing shade at Hades, that is still the best Rogue-Like I played. I like it more than Hades, because Hades is a lot more about permanent upgrades, like you can double your starting health over time. I guess you could beat it without ever upgrading, but I don't feel that's the point. Also, the builds in Isaac were so much more fun, because the items were just so much more varied that you could literally make gold out of a shit item.
