I think I remember you saying in Hades 1 that the load times got longer the more you played on a file. Do you know if that’s still true for Hades 2?

really good stuff : D you've got good execution regardless of rather or not you're "mimicking" almost every speedrunner is mimicking something they've seen in some way : ) i'm sure people appreciate the humility tho you did pretty good for someone who is also talking to chat the entire time lol, chat is a handicap all their own, vow of chat should be atleast 8 fear.
On the topic of Bouldy, I found it very funny that he is now overgrown in green. You could probably call it moss… and you know what they say about that? A rolling stone gathers no moss, sadly Bouldies rolling days seem to be over!

So you know, in the final area the more doors you take the more enemies spawn, so even though Hade's room itself is "free" time wise, it means that there are going to be more enemies in every room after it slowing you down.

I think there should be special dialogue for getting to the Chronos fight in under, say, 12 minutes?
have to say Hades 2 is pretty good sequel to the first, the boons in the hades2 are really rubbish and the single dash with sprint is crap too. the magick/omega attacks add another dimension that isn't fun but other than that the game is enjoyable
they have to boost the hammer chance for the first biom. It is sooo much worse than hades 1.

why do you need divinity, just for potential poseidon boon damage increase compared to rare and common?
I'm not really much of a speedrunner, though I do love speedrunning in general. Watching Haelian do this run live kinda sparked a bit of interest on my end to give it a shot. I'm far from perfect and could definitely grind out a better time, but so far my PB is 11:17 which i am extremely happy with. I don't need to compete on a WR level pace or anything but if I can do a sub 10 minute run I'd be even happier still.
Momus was my first weapon to max out. Sometimes you just want some dumb fun.

God that staff and hammer upgrade are way too op… i imagine they will add line to that hammer upgrade that says "all your projectiles deal 50% less damage" or something.

What… the boons are 30 times better balanced already and sprint is such a nice mechanic… idk bro i disagree with about everything you said.

I did just a bit under 8 with Hera cast and Apollo special (saw it somewhere on youtube before). but it requires a lot more rngod . not only for boons and hammers but also for rooms. it works the best if you get a lot not armored skulls in last biome

What is the resisted he kept getting
can someone explain to me how he can resist some of the damage and how he get the miss chance?
In the phase 2 fight, you'd probably have enough dps to trigger the half health invulnerability which would cancel the instakill.

I have almost defeated chronos with the fire goddes boon that does fire damage with your special and afterwards i got the duo boon with demeter that doubles the fire damage that is on an opponent if you inflict freeze on them
kinda oot but what do you think is the easiest set of fears ? i want to farm nightmares but i'm still struggling to consistently beat chronos even in a no fear run. the fear system looks really punishing.
why taking poseidon special? isnt aphrodite stronger?
The fact that you have to disable heals and stay under 30%hp as one of the most important part if u want to speedrun is actually crazy

Hi, Haelian, just wanted to express my gratitude for your videos, after learning from you i finally can encounter Kronos on my 15th night. I haven't been able to defeat it yet but hope will.(ps im sooooo dumb at games like this since i rarely play hackandslash or roguelike games but im quite enjoying hades 2)

Is there a reason you chose this build over the build with a faster time? Also in Ariadnes room you could have hit an enemy out of web to get knocked below 30 then worn the highest amount armor.
