Let’s take a look at IGN’s Game of the Year 2020 – HADES.
Hades is a rogue-lite action RPG game from the developers at Supergiant games. The game is unique in many ways and stands out from many other titles in the same category.

In Hades, we play Zagreus, who is trying to escape from the depths of hell to the surface world, away from his annoying father, Hades, the God of the Underworld. He needs to battle his way through hordes of monsters and bosses. He is met on the way with a huge cast of all popular Greek Gods with whom he interacts to make or break the game (more about this in the video!)

The catch is, every time you die, you come back to the very beginning of the game. Sounds frustrating? Well.. we thought so too. But no, there is something about why the game was designed this way. Do watch the video to find out!
