Hades Music Studio Tour *with composer Darren Korb*

Nintendo Minute is never a minute! We’re so thrilled to hang out (virtually) with Darren Korb, audio director at Supergiant Games and get a tour of his home music studio. Darren is amazingly talented and if you love the music and voice acting in Hades as much as we do then you’ll understand why we love Darren so much. Any musicians watching this video? Let us know what instrument you play in the comments below.

  1. Nintendo are not a company to be trusted. They are malicious, deceitful, liars, scheming and unable to do anything Good. Don't bother buying the Nintendo switch. The Nintendo switch is made to be a multi purpose cloud based device made for the end times and 7 Yr tribulation. The reason it launched in such a sorry state(lack of basic features and poor battery life) was because they needed to rush it out and get it into as many hands as possible before the 7 Yr tribulation. Once the 7 Yr tribulation starts, Nintendo will make a grand entrance and announce a streaming service on their console that will allow all PlayStation, Xbox and nintendo games to be streamed on the switch. As well as announcing that the switch will have access to other cloud based operations such as cloud computing. Do not be fooled people, this is going to happen. You heard it here

  2. Amazing Interview! Would have loved to hear a bit about the software he uses, like his preferred DAW and Plugins he likes, but it was really cool to see al the real instruments he owns and uses.

  4. Nintendo I know that is a lot to ask for but it would be good, since their console is not the most powerful on the market it would be great if they would take out for the Pubg mobile console or Cod mobile ported for the switch that would be spectacular and I think many would like that idea I hope and take this comment into account Thank you.

    -More Smash Ultimate characters

-For Nintendo to sell Majoras Mask and Ocarina of Time on a Virtual Console

-For Nintendo to stop becoming more like EA

  7. Darren is a goddamn genius, and i will never get tired of saying this. Ever since i played Bastion back in 2012 and fell in love with Supergiant Games and their projects, i have been blown away by Darren's work on the games' soundtracks to this day. Every track amazes me without fail, and as a musician, Darren's level of wholesomeness of each track is something i constantly strive for. He is a massive inspiration, and deserves even more recognition than he gets now.
I am so glad that Hades has become such a huge success for the studio in general and for Darren's work in particular! So many more people got to partake in the magic that is Supergiant. They aren't five people in a small house developing an indie game anymore, but they have brough that feeling and that passion through with them all the way to this point in time.
I am so proud to be a fan of their work, and to be a fan of Darren Korb's [insert a great praising adjective here because i literally am speechless] work.
    Ah.

  8. Words cannot describe how much of a talented legend Darren Korb is. His incredible instrumental prowess are just a fraction of his skills. Singing, composing, directing, voice acting, and just plain old charisma to name a few. And despite all that he seems like a lovely normal guy working with an amazing studio. I hope I can be a Darren Korb in my field of work one day!
