It's clever but that's because the elder guardians are glitched, it will probably work when the dev (TheDeafCreeper) releases the updated version of the map which when you get mining fatigue and then drink milk, you will get mining fatigue every second.

You get mining fatigue replaced EVERY SECOND meaning this is fake you probably killed a bunch of the guardians. Oh and also there would be an alarm system and guards. Not to mention the fact the a lock down would occur killing the prisoner.

1. SeenSven told me that a bug happened so we can use that as an advantage
2. I was invis so even if guards existed they couldn't see me
3. The alarm didn't get activated cause i broke the redstone
