  1. Something that works real nice for me during the Asterius and other guy fight is to fight them normally at first by sticking to Theseus in the first part of the fight, and wear his chariot down until it explodes. Since Theseus runs erratically around the stadium and Asterius kinda follows you anyway, it's actually faster that way to gather damage to both of them at the same time (that also means more damage to you, unfortunately, but with a bit of finesse, it's possible to dodge it).
Then, when Theseus's chariot breaks and he starts summoning gods, that's when I unleash everything on him at once (summon, god's call, 3+ big burst casts like trippy shot, crystal beam, ice wine or hunting blades), obliterating him in one fell swoop, leaving only Asterius to finish off (even better if they're in the same spot, then I can finish them off all at once at the same time).

I think this way of dealing with them is faster and actually safer (despites the dangers of having to face both of them at the same time in the first part of the fight) since Theseus can be a real pain in the ass to deal with when he summons the gods.

Usually, when I fight like this, it's very rare that I lose even one death defiance in this fight (and that's coming from someone who usually use a god trinket to maximize my build, so I very rarely use the acorn or the myrmidon brace here). You can try it out and tell me how it works for you.
