  1. I've seen fig leaf work with fields of mourning miniboss, but since it rolls a 50% chance on a free room, i think fields might be the only zone you'd see that in since you usually only face 2 encounters before zone 3 miniboss, the least among all the zones

  2. I like Athena's keepsake, but I think it's kind of a pain that it only activates if you don't have any death defiances. I'm barely good enough to beat Chronos without any DD, and I'm certainly not good enough to beat Prometheus without any (yet at least.) But at the same time I usually don't use any death defiances until I get to one of them, and I'm almost never out of them by Tartarus or Olympus.

Won't someone think of the poor people who are bad at the game (me)?

  3. Hey, not sure if you know this because I haven't seen EVERYone of your videos, but the Nightbloom hex (the reviving an enemy one) works on the sirens in Scylla's boss fight and they have some unique dialogue related to it too

  4. I tried a run like this where I used the keepsake to get her stubborn defiance in the beginning of the run and intentionally died in almost every encounter to get stacks on last gasp from hades. I dont remember how much damage I got from it exactly but I ended up obliterating chronos faster than the boon destroying my magick pool for 2/3 of the run

  5. Something I've noticed about the wording of Divine Dash in this game is that the deflect only occurs where you land. You don't deflect throughout the entirety of the dash, like in the first game.

So for example, if you were to try and deflect Eris' bullets, you'd need to dash and land ON the bullets. Dashing through them will just give you the I-frames.

  6. I'm so happy Divine Dash is back. It's so fun to use. It also completely melts Hecate since she uses so many projectiles. I've had my fastest kill on her just because she used that move where she launces a bunch of the smaller shockwaves

  7. One of the characters (I think it was Hades or Artemis, I can't remember) will tell you "I see you have Athena's dash. That was a favorite of your brother's as well." Or something like that. I wish I remembered the exact situation – it was awesome!

  8. 30:29 Hear me out. In some mythological mentions of Zagreus, he is ripped apart by the gods. It isn't mentioned by the first game but would be absolutely badass.Who knows? Maybe there is a mindcontroled ripped apart and sewn toghether Zagreus? It's very low chance, but maybe.
