isn't anything with that much attack and crit damage going to hit pretty hard lol. I just hate the conditional hex. Hopefully eventually get the Hydra champ and maybe that is going to help.

Ruel is one of those champions I've always wanted but I never managed to get I really like his concept and I'm glad he's being showcased…he really is actually quite strong!

No wonder I've been asking for this champ maximum damage! This is INSANE!! Thanks for that. Ruel is probably the best hex champ so if it's ever a good debuff Ruel will be there to make damage happen.

he is Vaulted Because Seer does better job on stage 25, and hex is not used at the arena, Hydra he still hits likea noodle so better to use RG or Husk

I love my Ruel, but I am confused… he does ignore only 25% Deff – why not Savage to increase this. Have mine built in Lethal thought this to be a good idea.
His A2 only ignores 25% defence right? So Savage/lethal sets and Helm smasher still contribute to damage if I'm not mistaking
Stats are over the top, of course he's going to hit like a truck…
