Finally a Hades player who actually reads the boons. I hate when people just play the game brain-dead and then wonder why they die or they just press Attack ignoring all other mechanics. Props to you Alicia for appreciating the game.
Fists of Malphon are my favorite weapons. Especially with some of the Daedalus upgrades. The base sword with health on hit is a close second—they really encourage aggressive play.
Wow, did anyone else notice she got the worst combination imaginable for her first ever Trial of the Gods? If you see Aphrodite and Artemis in one of those rooms, you basically don't pick it or you resign yourself to losing a fuckload of health.

Watching her discover and get good at the game feels amazing but every time I see her miss a shiny I get sad…
The gauntlets (with proper dash use) are the key to constant and infinite DPS which can melt bosses into puddles. The Aspect of Demeter in particular can unleash a multihit Shin Shoryuken after charging up via landed hits, while the Aspect of Talos can use knockback and wallsplat damage like a yo-yo.
