…been a while since I last played my bass. I was never in the mood. I knew I had to practice to keep my chops up. But I dunno… what used to be my escape, became something so depressing for me. I WANT TO MAKE MUSIC. I WANT TO PLAY. But not knowing when I’d be able to hit the stage with my bandmates again…. maaaan. Heavy stuff. So I kinda kept away from music for a while. To keep myself sane.

What became my escape? Well… Games. Got back into gaming when my lil bro gave me a PS Vita for Christmas. That shit saved my life. May sound corny to most of you. And I know most of you would never understand. But really…. Games saved my life.

So yeah… I woke up today and I grabbed my bass. Wala lang, natripan ko lang. Thought about what I could play to get myself back into the groove (pun intended) …Naisip ko lang na perfect to i-jam. Something from my favorite game.
