You could not and did not disappoint! Long time viewer, so I was happy just to get the shout out ❤️. Other cast might be more effective than aphro, but I like the idea of stacking their effects and hadn’t seen it yet!

Day 2 Asking for a max dodge build
-Wispy Whiles is MVP with you being able to pretty consistently get it to 30% plus doge chance without elements from chaos or narcissus
-Try to get a common dodge boon from hermes to phial it or just settle for an epic for 20-25%
– Obviously messenger arcana for 5%
– And then finally find a way to apply daze constantly (I find Blinding sprint to be best) for an extra 20% against dazed enemies
Im pretty confident that 100% is possible with enough luck but I would love to see your attempt at it
Build idea: Aspect of Mel for torches with Poseidon Special, and try and fish for Poseidon’s legendary for extra AOE and boss damage. Spam omega Special and BECOME THE WHIRLPOOL!!!
That Momo + Local Climate interaction is super cool, I'm going to have to try that
i don't think you can have rousing reception and prominence flare simultaneously. my theory is that they fill the same "slot", just like you can't have two different attack boons simultaneously etc. at least i've never seen the two at the same time.

I would like to see 'glamour gain' with 'island get away' (poseidon+aphro). that should hopefully equal infinite magic and all enemies should be weak.
after that I don't really care.
but if all enemies are weak it might be interesting to test how good 'hot flash' (hestia+aphro) is, with scorch never diminishing. just don't take something that removes scorch, like freezer burn or scalding vapour.
OR try sprint from zeus, hephi or poseidon
I want to figure out if you can make Hera’s cast do big damage. Like is there any other way to add to it other than the rarity
Day 2 Support fire build:
Serenity staff
Double attack staff hammer
Extra dose
Static shock
Apollo legendary?
I think you can do this with either apollo or demeter cast really (former for origination, latter for freeze; tbh with supernova pommed up applying freeze to entire chambers seems insane but dazed is also a pretty spicy condition defensively speaking), but this is a pretty sweet build with momus!
Also another kind of cool thing with momus is after the omega cast has already burst and during when it's pulsing, you can drop another regular cast and it does not interrupt the omega cast pulses. Since in high fear cast CC is invaluable, this really helps with momus as the omega cast pulsing does not root the enemies to the ground like a regular cast does
The leg at the end is the never punish touch of the build!
i really, REALLY want a chaos boon that gives more cast uses, please instead of the useless one that gives more harvesting materials for gods sake
When it comes to theory crafting Hades 2 builds:
does 'smithy sprint' + 'room temperature' (blast effects clear freeze) + 'arctic ring' = perma stun?
maybe throw 'local climate' and/or 'cold storage' in
30m in, the casts didn't follow every time?!?

If Heart Throbs affect Support Fire get Sunny Disposition
I'm pretty sure there are some hidden cast boon "slots". So there is the targeting slot which gets occupied by one of Local Climate, Lightning Lance and Glowing Coals. Then the tier 2 slot filled by one of Rousing Reception, Gyser Spout, and Prominence Flare. I haven't rigourously tested it but this video certainly supports it with prominence flare never being offered

I made a weatherwoman build once that was Arctic Ring + Gale Force + Glorious Disaster + Boreal Gust. Good morning Chronos, today's forecast is PAIN.

Damn, that looked fun !
Just shows that even just the cast system could be pretty deep if you dig into it. I'm guessing Aphro's cast was mostly for procking double curse damage more easily and dragging all your opponent together, but with local climate, it can also be pretty dangerous, since they're all cluttered to YOU !
One that might work even better would be Hestia or Hera's casts.
Poseidon's cast duo with Heph might be pretty strong too.
Or Arctic ring with a Hail storm. The variations can be many, which makes the exploration pretty fun.
Couple of things.
Aphro did keep pulling in, but its when the damage actually pulses so its not continuous
Coal says "Binding circle forms there" local says "while charging" but doesn't set the location to mel, the cast by default spawns on mel, so you should get both local climate and ranged cast.
It says that the cast will follow you, so there is reason to think you would end up with a ranged cast that moved towards you
Your omega attack was giving 7 pulses for final fight. 2 quickly then 5 slow pulses.
Yes you can dash out of everything, but different things will have different results. Dashing out of axe special charge holds the charge and you can hold to aim, dashing out of Axe omega attack will immediately start your omega attack
yeah I think if you have glowing coal, local climate will not appear anymore on the boon table and vice versa? not sure with howling soul but probably the same
A much better Cast build to me feels to be one where you start with Hera's Engagement Ring and get Hereditary Bane, Poseidon's Geyser Spout, Apollo's Lucid Gain and Super Nova and Demeter's Gale Force and Local Climate. Four gods, quick uptime on re-casting, Hitch upping cast damage to crowds by at least about 50% + at least 30% with Demeter, endless Magick regen and Super Nova for when you just want to put down a regular cast.
Or here's another suggestion for Persephone's aspect: Arctic Ring, Local Climate; Heaven Flourish, Double Strike; Lucid Gain,Super Nova; Shameless Attitude, Heart Breaker. Torrential Downpour is the go-to Duo here, Sunny Disposition maybe nice to have. Load up the Omega Cast, get on the Skull-car and start driving it around freezing/electrocuting/blitzing stuff as you go. Aphrodite's just there to fill out the roster and add Shameless Attitude, which is a pretty useful boon in any scenario.
Rousing Reception should make new enemies spawn inside your cast
Tbh I hate Local Climate but it looks pretty fun when combined with Super Nova
Honestly this looks fun. I’d say the core aspect of this build is Local Climate + Super nova + Momus Staff + Lucid Gain.
After that you can mix and match whatever you want and it would be a fun build.
If this combo still works on 1.0 I’m totally going to try for this build.
