In case you’re not sure what Hell Mode does, it forces you to take 5 pacts of punishment every time: 1 Hard Labor, 1 Lasting Consequences, 1 Jury Summons, 1 Calisthenics Program and Personal Liability which is exclusive to Hell Mode. It means you do not get the protective bubble any more after taking a large chunk of damage.
Our specific rules: no God keepsakes, might ban the Shattered Shackle too. We do start increasing heat later.

I literally just started over in Hell mode! Got through Meg and died to Lernie my first round. Wasn't till the run that gives you the God's special that I beat Hades (not sure what run that is; maybe 4th or 5th). Definitely digging all the dialogue the second time around and trying to make the runs work without all the keepsakes and ultimate's.
