There seems to be some unsureness on the internet of whether you can use the Mirror Talent “Death Defiance”, or if you have to use the alternate “Stubborn Defiance” to get the Chaos Defiance Boon to appear. Here you can see that Death Defiance works, along with not having to lose any beforehand.
I wish I hand shown which Mirror Talents I was using, but I was using “Olympian Favor”, “Gods’ Legacy”, and “Fated Persuasion” (which luckily I didn’t even have to use).
Hope this video reassures people that they’re not wasting their time as they try to hunt for this Legendary Boon.

man I've been trying for a couple of run but I can't manage to get it, also never got a fish in chaos and I'm at roughly 130 runs… either you're extremely lucky to have gotten them both in a run or I'm insanely unlucky
