When you complete at least one escape attempt (thus unlocking the Pact of Punishment), and as you complete runs afterwards, Skelly will eventually tell you about 3 “prizes” in the courtyard where he is. To get the prizes you need to successfully complete runs while increasing Heat levels. For the second prize, which this trophy is, you need to complete a run with at least heat level 16 (after getting the first prize for 6 Heat).
