Not a bad idea but narration could be better.
When you speak a sentence the audience forms a picture. If you then quickly replace the noun (like you did all the time: "gold, i mean health"), you feel like you've corrected yourself, but the picture in audience heads does not adjust as quickly. if you move on without a pause audience is still adjusting the initial picture, while your next sentence creates a noise preventing that, which leads to both sentences being only partially understood. One mistake like that can fly, but multiple put strain on the audience and if it's any lengthy explanation, you can be sure most of it will not be remembered.
Either make pauses after correcting yourself, or as ZoDD suggested, make a script before recording, and record until you stop making mistakes.
